At Here And Now, every product is made with care. Since our items are often customized, please review this policy carefully.

1. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if:
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product is delivered.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized products (e.g., personalized stamps) are non-refundable unless defective.
• Dhupsticks once opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

4. Replacements

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
